My lips are much smoother after starting to use this and I swear they might even be a little more plump from the moisture that the balm provides. La mer lip balm contains potent concentration of marine extracts, botanicals and vitamins to regenerate the delicate lip skin The packaging is very sleek and elegant with a sturdy shiny lid and a seafoam green thick plastic jar.  I 100% recommend this to everyone even though its a little on the pricey side $ 45- it's an essential in any makeup junkie's handbag.

To be honest the packaging is very plain and not very special but the product inside is amazing!!! As soon as you open the compact the product looks like  liquid gold, beautifully decorated with four roses.   This limited edition illuminator gives a metallic/pearl finish without the chunky glitter, no fallout here ladies!!  the consistency is not at all powdery or chalky, i would compare it to a cream highlighter.  Extremely  easy to apply with your fingers or any brush in your collection.  For my pale skin ladies this product can be easily used as a blush due to the pinkish gold hue.  This product can also be used as a eyeshadow, no primer required for it does not crease on your eyelids.   The laura mercier illuminator is currently selling for $42, but hurry this limited edition product is hard to get a hold off its practically flying of the shelves.

I been using these lip butters for over a year now and i must say iam in love!!!  Ive gone through 6 tubs so far!!  These hydrating lip butters come in a variety of 7 different colors ranging from clear to deep red...  they contain shea butter and rice wax which aid in hydrating your lips.  My favorite butter so far has been jasmine, its a pretty shade of baby pink and smells like vanilla & caramel.  These lip butters are very smooth and add shine to your lips.  The shades provide the lips and cheeks w a tinted finished except for Guava which is the clear one. I like to apply my lip butter throughtout the day but especially before i go to sleep so it can moisturize my lips overnight.  What i really like about these lip butters, and other korres products is that do not contain any harsh chemicals such as :
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Synthetic Fragrances
- Synthetic Dyes

I would definately reccommend this lip product to everyone!!! If you have tried these butters or any of the other korres products lemme know what you think!!

Uses of jojoba oil & jojoba oil benefits

I finally got my hands on a bottle of jojoba oil, i been using it for about 1 month now, and had to share the beneficial uses of jojoba oil with you guys!! :D  ill give you some backround on Jojoba oil.  Jojoba oil  is obtained from the jojoba plant, which is a perennial shrub found in northwestern Mexico and parts of California and Arizona.  Its can be found in some supermarkets and healthstores, its inexpensive and very easy to find. 

Jojoba Oil as facial MoisturizerJojoba oil is a good moisturizer for all types of skins, it is capable of balancing the sebum present in the skin. Sebum is the natural oil your body produces!! For example in oily or combination skins jojoba oil controls the production of oil and if you have dry skin it gives it gives you the necessary moisturization your skin needs to look healthy and supple.  I have dry skin & oily tzone, so i have been mixing two drops of jojoba oil with my regular moisturizer (neutrogena) or applying it directly to my face.  If your lips has a tendency to become dry and chapped very easily, jojoba oil can act as nourishing lip balm.

You can apply jojoba oil all over the body before or after the shower in the morning. Jojoba oil gets absorbed into the skin very quickly and gives a hydrating effect.  Jojoba oil can also be used as massage oil, i like to mix it with some other massage oil from (thebodyshop)

Jojoba Oil as a Hair Conditioner
Jojoba oil is wonderful when used as a hair treament!! If you have a dull and frizzy hair, you can get rid of them using jojoba oil.. After shampooing my hair, i pour a few drops jojoba oil into the conditioner and apply the conditoner to my hair and rinse as usual.  leaves my hair shiny and smooth.  Jojoba oil also provides protection against dandruff, it also strengthens your roots making your hair healthy & luxurious.

Jojoba Oil for Removing Eye Makeup
Jojoba oil is helpful in removing eyemakeup like liner, mascara and eyeshadow.  I Simply, dip a cotton pad into the oil and apply directly my eyes and eyelashes.  Within no time, it  removes all my makeup while it conditions my lashes at the same time.
